Lofts have internal stairs. They are separate accommodations within Villa 1; the two bedroom home is Villa 2. A booking for one accommodation does not reserve the entire compound or an exclusive pool.

Long stays & remote work
Private living space, Wi-Fi, balconies and a garden setting make EGV an option for longer stays and remote work. Ask about stays of one to six months, the workspace in your chosen unit, current internet performance and the terms for electricity and cleaning.
Pets
EGV welcomes enquiries from guests travelling with pets. Please tell us about your pet and obtain approval before booking; suitability and any conditions must be agreed for your stay.
Shared spaces & house essentials
The swimming pool, garden and outdoor seating are shared by the three lofts and the two bedroom villa. Please keep poolside noise considerate of other guests.
Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Turn off air conditioning when leaving your accommodation. Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 11:00; early arrivals need advance agreement and depend on availability.

The setting is outside the busy city centre. Use the property’s map pin for your final destination. Tuk-tuks booked through PassApp or Grab are practical for trips into town; contact us to discuss arrival transport.
The final approach is along a public, unpaved countryside road. Following heavy rain, it can become muddy or uneven. Travel times vary with traffic, weather and road conditions.

Is EGV one large villa?
No. EGV contains three independent one bedroom duplex lofts and one two bedroom villa. Whole-compound reservations are a separate booking option.
Is the pool private to my accommodation?
No. Individual accommodation bookings share the EGV pool and garden with other EGV guests.

No. They are separate Siem Reap properties under Enchanted Hospitality. EPB is in Krous Village.
